ROCKY RIVER – Fred Sokol, Chair – Stop Abortion in Rocky River Committee says, “I would like to suggest to all high-powered speakers and leaders of the Cleveland Area.  Instead of speaking and leading at your comfortable Government Legislatures and Halls of Government, Churches and Places of Worship, Business Meetings, Corporate Board Rooms and Places of Work, and School Board Meetings and School Classrooms.  Places where you are, idolized and everyone hangs on your every word. 

For I, [Fred I. Sokol] spoke to and led people as well. 

I suggest to all high-powered speakers and leaders of the Cleveland Area - to come to stand in front of an abortion clinic in the Cleveland Area.  I do.  There are unfortunately enough abortion mills in Cleveland to choose from. 

You can speak and lead in front of the abortion clinic and the gate of hell, where Satan holds sway.  For there, aborted unborn babies are murdered and sacrificed on the altar to Satan by their own parent or both parents.

So instead of speaking and leading with polished and sparkling platitudes at a comfortable setting - that means everything … in people’s eyes.  

Just stand, pray and witness with us [where I stand and pray now as well] as peaceful and prayerful pro-lifers.  To save the unborn baby from abortion, death and child sacrifice in front of a Cleveland Area abortion mill – that means everything … in God’s Eyes.

FRED SOKOL STANDS, PRAYS AND WITNESSES IN FRONT OF ROCKY RIVER HEALTH CENTER [PLANNED PARENTHOOD] FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2010 – AND DURING 40 DAYS FOR LIFE.

On Friday, February 19, 2010, I got back home from in front of Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] 20800 Center Ridge Road that offers ... “Abortion pill (medication abortion) … up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.”  at 8:00 pm. in the evening. 

I was there 6 hours that day praying the Rosary with and talking to ‘pro-lifer prayer warriors’.  Handing out pro-life information, a flyer saying that Rocky River Health Center [Planned Parenthood] 20800 Center Ridge Road offers ... “Abortion pill (medication abortion) … up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.”  Also with an invitation to pray with us local pro-lifers on every Tuesday and Saturday in Rocky River even after 40 days for life [which is now going on] is over - to stop abortion in Rocky River.  As it was also noted Rocky River’s City Leaders failed to stop abortion in Rocky River.  I also handed out prayer cards, graphic abortion cards and pamphlets – while displaying a sign to motorists and pedestrians alike that shouted from the rooftops, “OUTLAW ABORTION”.  

I was in my element - as a Pro-life Witness, Pro-life Prayer and Pro-life Protector to the unborn baby.

I THOUGHT OF MY DECEASED MOM AND DAD

Then I started to think of my deceased parents as I stood on the sidewalk protesting abortion and praying to protect the unborn baby from abortion, death as I thought … Dear Mother and Father who raised me Catholic this is your son you raised.  Now I am on a public sidewalk praying to God to protect and to save the unborn baby.  Do you see me pleading with others to love and to protect the unborn baby?  Even to people I do not even know.  Yet as you both stand by Jesus you know who these people are.  I thank you for caring for me and placing a love of Jesus and Mary in my heart, soul and mind dear Mother and Father.  Did you think I would be doing this one day on a sidewalk in Rocky River, Ohio?  Did you both ever think that your love and prayer one day put me on a road of love and prayer as well?

THREE PRO-LIFE HAPPENINGS THAT WERE POSITIVE - THAT DAY.

1.      On one occasion a visually impaired man wearing heavy sunglasses and walking with a cane saw my sign and us pro-lifers praying and he raised his cane and pointed it at us and waved in support of what we were doing. We all waved back and thanked him for his support.  As I continued to look at the visually and physically challenged man,  I recalled what Isaiah said, “Then will the lame leap like a stag …” Isaiah 35:6 and I recalled what St. Matthew said, ^“ the blind regain their sight, the lame walk, … and the poor have the good news proclaimed to them.” Matthew 11:5 . 

2.    Then later on into the evening from across the street from us a mother and her daughter parked and got out of their car to go into the restaurant they parked in front of.  The mother then saw us pro-lifers across the street, praying the Holy Rosary, and holding our pro-life signs.  She waved and said, “God Bless you for what you are doing.”  We thanked her and I yelled out to her “Please pray for the unborn as well.”  She told me that she does.

3.    One lady motorist as she stopped in backed up traffic on Center Ridge Road was almost across from me on the street as I stood on the sidewalk with my sign that read, “OUTLAW ABORTION.”  I caught her looking at me from the side of my eye.  I noticed she had something flat in her two hands and she was pointing it at me.  She looked concerned.  Then I realized she wanted to take a picture of me with my “OUTLAW ABORTION” sign.  I pointed my “OUTLAW ABORTION” sign directly at her in her car.  Then I saw her smile and then I smiled and raised my hand and waved at her.  Then she took her picture of me.  Now there is something, you do not see every day.  An almost 60 year old man and pro-lifer standing 6 hours in front of an abortion clinic holding a yellow backed sign with large black letters that read “OUTLAW ABORTION” and waving as well.  A Kodak Moment the lady who took the photo thought so.

SATAN SHOUTS AT US.

Many people, young and old, female and male wildly and fanatically scream, curse and make obscene and satanic gestures at us pro-lifers as we peacefully pray to stop abortion, death and child sacrifice of the unborn baby.  

Some wild pro-abort fanatics go as far as ‘opening the passenger side of the car door’ with them hanging out of the car.  While the motorist drives by us, as the pro-abort fanatic screams and curses at us.  May God have mercy on fanatic pro-aborts. 

Also, may God protect and save the unborn baby from these pro-abort fanatics that want to abort, kill and sacrifice the unborn baby on the altar of Satan.

Dear St. Michael the Archangel defend us against Satan, may God Rebuke Satan and through God’s Almighty Power, may you St. Michael the Archangel send Satan back to Hell were he was spawned from, I ask this in Jesus Name, Amen.
