I have a concern! Is Abortion done in Rocky River?
· I will voice my concern, to The Plain Dealer 'Editorial Board' Thursday, September 6, 2007 @ 10:30 A.M. @ The Plain Dealer. If abortion is done in Rocky River, I will state what I will do about it! Please consider the following.
People protest ‘against abortion’ in Rocky River on Center Ridge Road, in Ward 4. If abortion is done in Rocky River I’ll stop it.
· Yet you decide how my two (2) opponents for mayor stand on abortion! Consider the following vote they made. Both voted (aye) as council members in 2000 on a city ordinance No. 94-99. It said in part “… it is the position of Council … not placing an undue burden on a woman’s right to an abortion; …” and “… it is the intent of Council … not to impose … a substantial obstacle to a woman seeking an abortion.” Their Voting Record is from (city council minutes March 13, 2000) and Quotes from (“Amended Ordinance No. 94-99 … An ordinance providing for the amendment of part seven (business regulation code) of the codified ordinances of the city of Rocky River by adding the new chapter 753, entitled “Ambulatory Surgical Facility (ASF) License”)
As Mayor of Rocky River I will protect Rocky River residents’ Rights and Lives, from Conception to the Grave.
· As Mayor of Rocky River - I’ll instruct The Law Director of Rocky River to amend Part Seven (7) (business regulation code) of the codified ordinances of the city of Rocky River chapter 753, titled “Ambulatory Surgical (ASF) License” (that governs “Rocky River - Abortion facilities …” see “Licensing requirement adopted” - Sun Herald – March 16, 2000) to add wording that will “Legally” (1.) place ‘a further burden and a further substantial obstacle’ on a woman’s right to an abortion in Rocky River. (2.) Then I will propose said wording to be passed by Rocky River council immediately.
· As Mayor of Rocky River - I'll establish a 'Citizen Bill of Rights' (1.) that will protect the Rights of Residents (2.) that will protect the Rights of the Unborn, (3.) and the Rights of all who visit our city!
As Mayor of Rocky River I will act fairly and equally toward all residents and River’s unborn. Why? God created us equally and gave us Life, Liberty and the Opportunity to Pursue Happiness, no one should challenge that.
· Yet, if Rocky River city government ‘affects’ God’s Given Gifts for Human Life from Conception to the Grave, citizens’ have a Right to replace those Rocky River city government officials.
One day, Rocky River city government will guarantee Safety and Happiness for All Human Life from Conception to the Grave and ‘strongly and legally oppose’ those who do not!
