people’s business!
WHY?
1. Thirteen Years ago (1993) Rocky River residents were
‘BEGGING’
their Rocky River elected officials not to build a
Regional Minimum Security Jail in a Rocky River
neighborhood. Now those elected officials are all gone
or are leaving – and the jail was not built.
WE WANT TO MAKE ‘DOUBLE SURE’ THIS – OR ANYTHING ELSE
INAPPROPRIATE - NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!
2. In
other words. To finally take the ‘clout out’ of Rocky River
city government - and make sure it serves ‘only’ Rocky River
residents.

RESEARCH ‘PUBLIC RECORD’ OF ROCKY RIVER CITY GOVERNMENT
ACTIONS.

Seek full public accounting of every penny – Rocky River
city government spent and received – from 1990 through 2006.

EXPOSE FINDINGS – BY HAVING A ROCKY RIVER TOWN HALL MEETING
AND PRESS CONFERENCE – TO SHARE FACTS.

‘Public Records’ from my research will then be shared with
residents at a Town Hall Meeting at Linden Park – in Rocky
River. The meeting will take place in September/2006. The
Facts and only the Facts – will be shared that day!

THEN ‘REFORM’ ROCKY RIVER CITY GOVERNMENT’S
WAY OF DOING THE PEOPLE’S BUSINESS.

ROCKY RIVER CAMPAIGN REFORM AND ETHICS REFORM – WILL BE
BROUGHT ABOUT BY A ‘CITY CHARTER ADDITION’: (A citizen proposed,
city charter addition - placed by citizens onto the Rocky River
Municipal Ballot.
This ‘charter addition’ will direct the actions of all elected
Rocky River officials and candidates for
‘election campaigns and ethics practices’ in
Rocky River – for the future.)
