ROCKY RIVER GARBAGE PICKUP -CONTINUED REQUEST

To: Rocky River City School District, Rocky River City Government, Rocky River Business Community and Fellow Residents,

December 2, 2006

Mr. Andrew Bemer, Director of Law

Rocky River city government does pick up/remove (some) non-residential property's garbage/trash/refuse in Rocky River, Ohio.

(1.) What’s Rocky River city government’s ‘written policy’ to pickup/remove non-residential property’s garbage/trash/refuse in Rocky River, Ohio?  (2.) Why are some Rocky River non-residential properties’ garbage picked up and not others?

Also, I received "partial response" from Rocky River city government regarding 'non-residential garbage pickup'.   Names of specific businesses, stores, a deli, a church and a school but, NO NAMES OF OWNERS OR SAID OWNERS’ ADDRESSES OR IF THE CITY CHARGES FOR SERVICES - of these said non-residential properties.  I’ll continue to press for the information I requested previously (below) and now request ‘additional public information’ on this matter - listed (below) as number three (3.).

My request for public information to Rocky River city government - is as follows:

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 149.43 (B), I respectfully request all ‘public record’ maintained by the Municipal Corporation of the City of Rocky River, of the County of Cuyahoga, and of the State of Ohio that shows (1.) All ‘owners names and addresses’ of ‘Non-Residential Properties’ but not limited to Private Schools, Public Schools, Businesses, Office Buildings, Delicatessens, Markets, Stores, Restaurants and Apartment Buildings - that are located in Rocky River, Ohio – who have Rocky River city government Pick Up/Remove their garbage/trash/refuse at their said ‘Non Residential Property’ - within The Month Of January 2000 And Year To Date through The Month of November 2006 And Year To Date and (2.) All ‘owners names and addresses’ who pay and/or have paid and ‘how much money’ did Rocky River city government receive to Pick Up/Remove said owner’s garbage/trash/refuse at their – said ‘Non Residential Property’ – within The Month Of January 2000 And Year To Date through The Month of November 2006 And Year To Date and (3.) a ‘plain copy’ of Rocky River city government’s ‘written policy’ on picking up/removing non-residential property’s garbage/trash/refuse in Rocky River, Ohio and who wrote and approved said city policy?

IN MY OPINION!

I think all residents and owners of non-residential properties of Rocky River deserve to know why some ‘said non-residential properties and owners’ get their garbage/trash/refuse picked up and removed by Rocky River city government while others don’t.

IN CLOSING!

I look forward to Rocky River city government’s ‘citizen readable accounting’ of my said request for ‘Rocky River public information’.

Please contact me by phone at: 440-521-5452 to let me know when (The Answers To My Questions Above) I requested are available for me to pick-up.  Please also let me know the cost for said copies as well.  Thank You in advance.
