To: Rocky River City School District, Rocky River City Government, Rocky River Business Community and Fellow Residents,

In Re: Request for Rocky River, Ohio Public Information

Mr. Andrew Bemer, Director of Law

Who got paid what and why as a Rocky River city government employee?  Who okayed, it?

$38,970,500.00 was the combined ‘budget total’ for Rocky River city government employee (1.) salaries (2.) fringe benefits – proposed by Rocky River City Government – from 2006 through 2007.  (See Rocky River City Government Proposed Budget Totals 1990 – 2007) That averages more than $19.4 million dollars per year.

I seek public information from Rocky River city government to find out.

  1. Who works and worked for Rocky River city government from 2006 through 2007?

  1. How much salary and fringe benefits, did each individual city employee past and present receive from the Rocky River city government's fiscal period of 2006 through 2007?

  1. How much salary and fringe benefits, did each elected Rocky River official past and present receive from the Rocky River city government's fiscal period of 2006 through 2007?

  1. Is any Rocky River city government employee related to anyone else that works in Rocky River city government?

That’s why I want to know who got paid what and why as a Rocky River city government employee and who okayed it!
