I AM REQUESTING PUBLIC RECORD
– REGARDING WHAT TOOK PLACE BY WHOM AND WHY,
THAT LED TO THE ROCKY RIVER /CLEVELAND REGIONAL
AGREEMENTS. THAT WILL BE DISCUSSED ON MONDAY,
FEBRUARY 5TH AT 7:00 P.M. AT ROCKY
RIVER CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
On November 10, 2006 Mayor Frank G. Jackson of
Cleveland, Ohio sent Ms. Bobst a letter. That
said, "The City of Cleveland is asking that you
consider ... the principles of ... income tax
sharing and regional cooperation in revitalizing
our economy."
On Monday, February 5th at 7:00 P.M.
at Rocky River city hall council chambers, a
Cleveland city official will talk to Rocky River
city council.
About, ‘three (3) economic regional agreements’,
the city of Cleveland want Rocky River to enter
into with Cleveland and for possibly up to
twenty (20) years.
‘Said Agreements’ are:
1.
Amendment to Water Service Agreement for direct
service between the city of Cleveland and the
city of Rocky River:

Asset Transfer Agreement:
3. Joint
Economic Development Zone Agreement Between The
City Of Cleveland and The City Of Rocky River,
Ohio:
WHAT TOOK PLACE BY WHOM AND WHY, THAT LED TO THE
ROCKY RIVER /CLEVELAND REGIONAL AGREEMENTS THAT
WILL BE DISCUSSED ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 5TH
AT 7:00 P.M. AT ROCKY RIVER CITY HALL CHAMBERS.
That Mr. Bemer, is why my request for public
information to Rocky River city government - is
as follows:
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 149.43 (B), I
respectfully request ‘Full Public Disclosure’ of
'all' Public Record maintained by the Municipal
Corporation of the City of Rocky River, of the
County of Cuyahoga, and of the State of Ohio
that shows WHAT TOOK PLACE BY WHOM AND WHY,
THAT LED TO (1.) On November 10, 2006 Mayor

FINALLY, IN MY OPINION!
I see a day, WHEN ROCKY RIVER RESIDENTS WILL
DECIDE ISSUES LIKE
the Rocky River/Cleveland ‘said agreement’ that
includes but not limited to ‘income tax sharing’
and ‘regional cooperation’ with Cleveland.
RATHER, THAN HAVING THESE SAID TYPE OF CITY
ISSUES BEING DECIDED BY A BAND OF ELECTED CITY
OFFICIALS.
